Hello,
In this report, what is the exact meanning of the res icons ?
Is it: at today's date we have spent out more than planned ?

No it does not deal with real work but with reassessed (total planned) = real + left
🙁 => reassessed work > assigned work
😐 => reassessed work validated work
🙂 => reassessed work <= assigned work and reassessed work <= validated work
