ok but then how to handle the following:

I have a set of projects and in parallel with these projects I have recurring tasks for example management of emails and another task management of calls

You crate two recurring activities on the same project and you assign your resource but you can't assign more than  capacity of your resource.

in fact I am trying to do the following thing (I think I am not far from it in view of my last manipulations of the software):

I have 2 businesses,
on the one hand I have projects which work in phases and which are rather chronological, the phases of these various projects are followed from one project to another)
on the other hand I have a background activity relating to my other company
and finally basic activities of common management, emails, telephone, accounting ...

I am entering all this in order to be able to estimate at best the duration of the various activities

en fait je cherche à faire la chose suivante (je pense ne pas en être loin à la vue de mes derniere manipulations du logiciel ) :

j'ai 2 entrerpises,
d'une part j'ai des projet qui marchent par phases et qui sont plutot chronologiques, les phases de ces divers projets se suiven d'un projet à l'autres)
d'autre part j'ai une activité de fond relative à mon autre entreprise
et enfin des activités de base de gestion commune, mails, telephone, comptabilité ...

je suis en train de rentrer tout ça pour pouvoir estimer au mieux la durée des diverses activités
