Hi there, I'm looking to get a full report where I can see all the production cost of a project, sub projects and subactivities, but I just find a report on costs - Cost synthesis per activity which is what I need but it doesnt take into count project expenses. It doesn't matter f it shows resource costs and expenses together or separate, and avoid going through and excel sheet.
Is there any way to do this??¿
No, there is not "detailed" report for this.
You have detail for resource cost, or expense & cost summary, or summary for one project, but not detail including expense on all WBS strucutre.
(NB : note that expense on activity has no meaning as expenses are never linked to activities, always to projects)
Is you need it, you can easily upgrade existing "cost detail" to include expenses.

Well I'd like to suggest you to consider adding the link expenses to activities option. My issue is how handle that money when I send work to an external third, that belongs to an specific activity.
Anyway, a part from that my first need would be get a detailed cost report without going through excel.

And finally I don't see the reports you say on the cost category, I looked in the others but don't anything like it, as I don't want a monthly or time framed report.
