In the resource planning, planned workload are unexpectedly starting today which is not in line with the activity planning. I want the resource planning to be synchronized with the activity planning in order the same task starts and end at the same date. I assume there is a configuration checkbox somewhere in the options, but I cannot find it.
Well, in fact resource planning has exactly the same source as Activity planning.
This means that if all you tasks begin Today in Resource Planning view, they will also begin Today in Activity Planning view.
Possibly you just recalculated the planning from Today...
Thanks. In the resource planning, when I click on the calculate icon, a configuration window pops-up to choose the project and the start date.
In the activity planning, ther eis no such window. There is only a property to choose the display period between a start date and a end date.
Where can I define the start date for the remaining activities please?
Are we using the same tool ?
