I've created custom field "ordendefabricacion" inside "Activity" screen.
What I would like now is to reference that field inside other screen, "Issues" in this case.
Is it possible?

No, this is not possible.
The object Issue does not refers to (includes) an Activity object.
You can only add reference to an object name, using id.
Field idActivity will display the list of activities and display the name of the selected activity.
