I have purchased the Screen Customization plugin on 23rd October 2017 and received the below details from your side but we are unable to login with the user id created while purchase and didn't received the link for download. kindly guide us on this.

While we give the forgot username with the registered mail id, it shows that "This is blocked and contact administrator". Expecting a quick response on the same.

I have sent mail from Contact, but not yet received any response on it.
