Is it possible to add a signature to emails that are sent from Tickets?

Hello,
Yes, It is possible if you create email template. But today It works only with mail send automatically.

Thank you. Hopefully, we can also do it through email tickets, too. Is there a guide available for creating email templates? I tried but it is not exactly straightforward.
