Hello,
Are there plans to implement skills management so that we can allocate the right resources to projects but also to do capacity planning in order to have enough skills to handle projects?

Hello,
Matrix of skills is not yet implemented on Projeqtor. It will be set.
For the moment, you can nevertheless use the feature "functions" for each resource.
