Hello,
I dont know if it is possible to assign actions in a meeting and send the action plan at the end of the meeting to have visibility for all participants.
It is very important in a meeting to define:
- Objective at start (3 or 4 objective max)
- Decisions
- Action plan with owners and planed date (target)

You have to "Link" Actions to Meetings.
But today, there is no way to auto-generate Minutes including linked items.
Linking to Decision can be done the same way.
We also provide Live Meeting plugin, that will ease this management, to easily link Actions, Decisions and Questions to Meetings.
