Hello. is it possible to put an hour in an activity (task). to create appointments. example on 02/11/2020 at 5.45 p.m. duration 2 hours. I have not found how to put 5:45 pm. So possibility of using it as a diary. I made a medical file. Thank you.

It's not possible with an activity.
It's why Meetings exist
