Hello
Creating new tags is easy. But I would like to change a tag which is assigned to multiple projects. Can I somewhere edit existing tags list?
Or import tags?

Import tags : not sure.
Edit : through multiple update you can add new tag, but you cannot modifiy existing

Is it possible to delete existing tags?
It would be handy if the list could be shown and edited in the List of values (without any DB access)

No,
System is very different.
Tags are created at first use.
When tag is removed from item, tag is removed if it was the only one using it.
So just remove some tag from all items where it is used will remove the tag.
