I'm administrator on the system, but when I try to create a new inbox for tickets, I get an error:
Contrôles invalides.
vous n'avez pas le droit de créer cet élément (Boîte mail de réception de tickets)
What should I check ?

Ok, I see it now. This access is given per project.
My global profile is Administrator, but on this specific project I am project leader. And project leader only has creation rights.
Also it seems you cannot set multiple adminstrators on a single project, so I changed the access for project leader.
