I have the same issue - I cannot see the ToDo list in any of the screens

I am using a hosted version 11.3.2 with Screens Customisation plugin installed (not sure it's relevant), but I don't have the "show todo list" option in User Parameters.

In a non-hosted test environment with the same version, the "show todo list" option is available.

Connected as an admin, can you check on the modules management screen if "todo list" is activated ?
