Dear Projeqtor team,
I'd like to close a very large amount of tickets. About 9000 tickets are in "done" state but I need to put them in "close" state.
It would take days of work to treate tickets one by one.
I'm lookin for a way to do it fast : how can I do it a simple way ?

Very easy !
On list of tickets - go to multiple uptade ( a button on the list area)
Select your tickets, choose the field to modify , select your choice and the go for it !
