hello,
can you explain quickly how purge system for closed elements ? For example if i have a project and a subproject, if i close subproject (and activities) after a time (how many time ?) imputations of subproject don't appear in repport functions. the concequensys is stats are wrong.

Closing items, no matter the item, even projects, does not purge any work data. By closing, you archive. The data continues to be readable and usable in other screens and if only for the consolidation of your data. Deleting, on the other hand, really deletes everything...
