Hi Expert,
I need your help in making the subject line of the mail in case of status changing. I need to show the old status (before changed to new status) in the subject. Please find the attachment for your reference, which I am using for now.

Hello,
it's not possible to show the old status on title of emails .
But it's possible to link with template of email the history of the element to have the old status.
