I have a problem when I reopen an activity or a project: the handled, done and closed dates disappear .
For the closed date I can understand, but why the other two dates also disappear?
I'm forced to memorise them to retype when I reopen the objet.
Is it the normal behaviour?
I tried it in a version 6.3.5 but also in démo version (7.3.1).

Hi,
It all depends on configuration of status "reopened"
On default configuration, "reopened" is a status that is "not in progress" and "not done".
So handled (in progress) and done are unchecked and dates are cleared.
To preserve handled and done dates, just check correspondong macro status on status "reopened"
