How can I run workflows? I cant see Key(settings) Emoji mentioned in the online guide, can you help me please?

HI
it is very simple.
Go to " controls and automatisms"
then
"workflows" create or modify one of them ( see attachment) then
give authorizations to change status by profil ( see attachment )
BUT if you want to change the name or the list of status go to :
"list of value" then " status"
create modidy or delete as wanted, you ll find thoses status in order to build each workflow.
To be complete : then it is possible to
chose the good worflow for each type of each element
