Hello, Goodtime.
1- I can make a workflow. I do not know how to dedicate a workflow to a ticket tyep, activity or project. I appreciate if you help me with that.

Go to "List of types" menu item (navigate from the top) and then click on "Tickets type". It will show you list of all available ticket types. Choose any ticket type to see its details. In the details section, you can now choose your custom workflow!
Same is for Projects and other stuff. Hope this helps.
