I am trying to learn how to use the Planning Feature and I have no idea. I have read the online manual and it is not clear enough.
Can you please explain in detail how to plan a set of activities.
I have over 274 activities that I need to plan. I have set up all the resources, but when I click on Planning or Resource Planning I cannot set the planning of the activities.
How do I do this.
I read that planning is based on priority and Planning but what does each of the fields mean?
How does it all work and how to plan the activities.
Can anyone help me with this. I am going nuts trying to learn how to use the Planning or Resource Planning of the Program.
I want to be able to plan the activities individually and no matter what I do, the projects and the planning does not work the way I want it to. Is there anyway to manually plan the activities.
Most important : ProjeQtOr is effort driven (work driven).
This means that you need to define assigned work to get planning.
And how do I do that. The manual does not explain how to actually assign work.

Yes, I worked that one out, but what and how does the Planning mode options do. How do they work. How does Priority work.
If you can tell me how each mode option works, I can then get some for of planning control rather than the system decide what goes where.
