Starting with ProjeQtOr we need to import some of the topics from the previous tool to ProjeQtOr.
Is there a simple way to import tickets with the history of the comments - included the time stamps?

Hello,
You can import tickets with the history of the comments, included the time stamps with file on format csv or xlxs.
you have the menu import data for execute that, you just have to respect the structure of the document.

It seems to me that the csv import does not support inserting notes. You confirm ?
This is possibly the subject of the request.

I confirm.
Import is single line based, so import notes with relation one to many is not possible
