Hello,When reviewing tickets, upon closing a ticket, the list is completely refreshed and the cursor (focus) returns to the beginning of the list.It would be beneficial to keep the focus on the next or previous ticket to avoid having to scroll through the entire list again.Is this possible?Thanks, regards

I'm not sure I understand your problem.
When I close a ticket, the list stays where it was. (see below) Do you have a filter or anything else?
