Is it possible to create a supplier invoice that covers several projects? Is the choice of project made at item level?

No, invoice is linked to one and one only project.

No, it is ProjeQtOr core system : all objets are linked to one and one only project.
ProjeQtOr is a project management system, not an ERP.
