Could you help me please to configure IMAP in order to use OVH mailbox to create tickets.
I tried different config. but it doesn't work.

[CLOSED] IMAP connection broken (server response)

Try {xxx.xxx.xx:143/novalidate-cert}INBOX
If that doesn't work, you'll have to turn to OVH, I'm sure they have a very good forum and will be more competent than us to answer problems related to their products and services!
