i got an error unable to create database

I host projeqtor on an OVH hosting
I suppose this would be related to the impossibility of automatically creating a database by OVH but is there a way to define the target database myself?

Yes it's possible, you have just change the parameter file on config and change the paramDbName.

No,
Simulation environments will use a DB name randomly defined, and this name will be used at severl places, not only DB name.
