I'm surprise, because I coudn't see the planning mode calculate on project ? I just check if there is some change on custom screen plugin, but I could'nt find the field of "planning mode" ...

I'm not sure what you're looking for. Is it this field ?
If so, it's in activities.
The planning mode applies to activities (each of them can have their own planification mode), not projects.
