When you say "does not appear"... where? In the list box of the predefined notes screen or in the drop-down list of predefined notes when opening the notes pop-up?

I have created a scheduled task under an activated and a type.
I just updated with the new version.

I have created new activities but the notes do not appear.
 
 

Your capture does not show much with respect to the notes.
Just as a reminder, you must add a note by clicking on the icon and select the note template you want to use !
