We have a problem when we create activities, milestones and tickets, ProjeWtor keeps asking for result (you can see it in the picture attached). It's a new bug we didnt have it last week.
Can someone help me please?

This is not a bug. 🙂
Check activity type named "Task". The parameter "result mandatory on done status" is checked.
When you pass to "Done" state, you must set a result.
Uncheck this parameter, if you don't want to fill a result.
Richard's answer is good, but you print screen seems weird.
It seems you just create items, so status is not "done" yet.
What did you do that changed ?
=> migrate to 5.4.0 ?
=> change some parametering, about workflow for instance ?
=> use "screen customization" plugin ?
=> migrate some technical stack ? (for instance move to PHP 7)
=> any other change ?
