Hello,
Here is my problem :
Due to my role, I have to be able to access all the projects of the BU, so the number of projects that must be displayed in my projects list exceeds the max number. However, the number of projects displayed is limited, so I cannot see the latest created projects.
It would not be an issue, if using "all the projects" -> Projects - I could select the one I want and display it by using the cogwheel. But it doesn't work. (see attached screenshot).
How could I proceed to work on a project that cannot be displayed in the list ?
Thanks for your help,
Regards
Hi,
have a look at
Configuration > Global parameters :: Planning
You may modify the "max items to display in Gantt Planning".
Best regards,
Torben
Thanks for your answer, but it cannot be the problem because it is already parametered at "2000"
.
I finally think that my problem was due to a project status issue.
I increased the number of all the parameters talking about "max projects number" I have found, and then unchecked "hide projects not started or done".
Now I can see all my projects. I simply missed this setting...
However, it's a shame to have to see all the projects and not just those in progress or those "coming soon"... =)
Thanks for your help !

It's an option to hide projects not started, for managers who only want to see what is in progress, and don't design new one.
The value you had is not the defaut value (default is no so that all projects are visible), so sur you changed it.
