We are currently facing a challenge with the ProjeQtOr software. When we create a new resource, they are unable to see the "Administrative" project  in their timesheet. The timesheet is available under the "Follow-up" section on the left menu panel.

To address this issue, we have been manually making the "Administrative" project available to the new resource by logging in via the admin user, selecting the new resource in the upper drop-down, and inputting 0 in the off-day activity to link the "Administrative" project in their timesheet.

We would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.
