what's the calcul of steering charts performance indicator ?

hello
on report / steering charts :
on ticket the calculation is real work / Estimated work. if > 1 the resource is working slower than expected, or estimation was too short or increased real work is going faster than increased estimation
if<1 the contrary
on activity : real work / assigned work same reasoning.
