I have this weird situation knocking on my head... :woohoo:
I have three different users: PMO, IT Head, and (of course) Administrator. I have made changes in the access permissions, form visibility and data accessibility for the first two user profiles. Admin of course has all the access.
I have created some Tickets (simple) and some other data. When I am trying to generate Reports of Tickets, for the PMO user, the tool shows message "No data to display on this report". However, for the same conditions, there is valid data shown by the tool when IT Head user logs in! And the Admin can see all the data.
I have thoroughly checked all the access permissions and visibility settings, but I could not find the reason for this weird behaviour. Even there is no error in the log file. So where am I going wrong?

possibly you forgot to affect PMO to the project in order to give im visibility to projects item.
I have checked once again, PMO has been correctly affected to the Project.
I have raised tickets against this particular project (for which PMO is affected to). This will automatically affect the PMO to all tickets of this project, right?
I am not sure where is the issue...

Does the PMO sees the tickets is the list of tickets ?
Yes, the PMO in my case is able to:-
1. See all the tickets raised
2. Raise a new ticket
3. Change statuses basis workflow.

I cannot reproduce.
Could you give more details, for instance print screen of report for Admin and for PMO (including parameters), print screen of affectations, any error logged in log file, ...
Quite strange. I did little more digging but could not find exact reason for this behaviour. So I created a new project, new activities and new tickets. I have corrected the permissions (as suggested by you Babynus). Now, the PMO can extract the report and it shows correct information!
At the end, I got it by re-doing. :woohoo:
