Hello,
once a ticket is attached to a Planning activity, the real work information of the ticket is consolidated at the activity level and even on the report "Detailed work per resource - monthly", I can only see on the Activity Column the tickets that are not attached to a planning activity.
I've been asked to report a list of ticket with their real work passed on the summer months (july, august, september), but as most of our ticket are attached to their planning activities, I can't extract this information. Or can I?
Will I have to reopen tickets, activities and projects, in order to delete their real work, detach de planning activity and rewrite the real work, for each one of my 1374 tickets?
Please, I really need your help on this matter. If there is no report to get this, at least can you tell me which is the table on the database that stores the real work information of each ticket?
For instance, one of my tickets avec several real work entrances for different dates, and sometimes different resources.
I think I searched on every table of the database and I couldn't find this detailed information.

Reports on tickets won't care if tickets are linked to planning activity or not.
You won't have detail for each ticket, but you won't either of work reports.
Work (on ticket or others) is stored on table ... work :silly:
