Hi, I need help!
My 13.1vc9 Version is working and I updated to 14.1vc9....I was able to successfully go to the Parameters page and set
my options accordingly, clidk OK ....seeing the "saved files notice" ....clicked on the "Connect Button" .....it was thinking and
then it failed. This is the error I received "ERROR : An error occurred on 2015-11-23 at 18:47:55".
I cleared my browser and rebooted a new browers, did the same technique as posted earlier...same thing happens.
Can you please help with what looks like a minor problem, but not a fully understood problem for me? I also checked phpadmin, im not seeing
my databases files in there also
Here's another Question, How come this continues to happen every time we upgrade(migration/Intergration) would be very helpful or some type of
easy fix)
****by the way I did a stare and compare to make sure that I was adding the same options

Thanks for the logs, but I was requesting ProjeQtOr log.
Default location is in projeqtor/files/logs (one file per day), but you may have changed this in configuration step.
If you don't find log file, maybe it is the source of the issue : check that php user has write rights to the log directory.

1) Time zone for New York is "America/New_York" with an underscore instead of space
2) You now have issue in parameters.php, line 43 : possibly when you changed value you entered a syntax error.
