Is it possible to set the "start date" and "end date" in dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm format ?

Bonjour,
I use version 10.4.3, in the "User parameters" menu, the "format used to represent dates" parameter only offers the following formats:
- DD/MM/YYYY
- MM/DD/YYYY
- YYYY-MM-DD

Start and end dates are ... dates.
So they just don't have time.
