Hi, I created a new role, and this role has almost all of the same permissions as an administrator, however, whether they are in activities, tickets, projetcs, etc. they are unable to change the status. In the drop-down list they only see the status that the ticket/project.activity is currently set to.
Why aren't they able to see the other status'?

have you set the WorkFlow correctly for your new role ? you will find Workflow in Controls and Automation
Wow thanks. Did not know about the workflow. You are right, the role was not checked for the workflows. Thanks so much.
That's why it is more easy to "copy" existing profile and change for diferences, rather than creating new one from scratch.
