I have an issue with my Projqtor, any new ticket has been created the status of the ticket only shows recorded and when I want to change it only shows one option Recorded. if you can please support resolving this issue will be appreciated

Hello !
check your workflow. Your profile apparently does not have the rights to move from the "recorded" state to another.
