When i send a mail it's recieved without subject plz what can i do to parameter subject of Mail?
On global parameters / mailing / title of mail when sending manual email

the problem that the subject of mailing it's fixed doesn't change for example when i want to send a activity i use Détail activity such subject of mail AND when I want to send other things like TICKET subject of mail stay the same .
plz can i find a parameter to configure subject mail automatic

In fact Title of email does not depend on object (Ticket or Activity) but on event.
On Global Parameter, you can define title for each usable event.
You should not leave a field blank on this screen.
NB : on V7.0.0, you'll have the possibility to define email template (with defined title) and allocate the template on given event (mail on event)
