Shouldn't it be planned after? That is the reason why one activity or project is set predecessor of other, isn't it?
As well I set priorities:
TRA-NSW 101 to 500

DUB-NSW 101 to 600
PRO-NSW 101 to 600

MIX-NSW 101 to 700

TRA is first and mandatory to begind DUB and PRO. PRO will start before DUB and go parallel to DUB, these are mandatory to start MIX. So MIX will never be able to start before any of the other activities.

How can I make to be planned In the correct order?
Is priority global? or is it taken in to count inside the parent project?

1) Did you run planning calculation ?
2) Check MIX-NSW 101 : if planning mode is "As soon as possible" and no planned work, task is not really planned. No work should only be applied to "fixed duration" tasks.
