ProjeQtor has several types of users.
They can be given different combination of controls, depending upon their functions, profiles OR access types.

This becomes a headache for the Admin: If he has to provide a certain functionality to a specific user, which setting should he change?

Let us take a real-life example:
One of our project manager cannot see the "Run plan" button (two gear wheels) or the "Automatic run plan" check box in his Planning screen.
But I am unable to set this right, because I do not know which control makes this appear (and disappear).

I have a suggestion:

When the user presses F1, the help page appears. But it assumes that the user is able to see all the controls described in the help text.
But what if he is not able to see some of those controls because of faulty settings?
Also, what if the control has only a limited functionality because his profile, or access type is set wrong?

So, please provide a hyperlink that shows the reader to all the factors that affect each control (in terms of visibility and functionality).

I'm afraid that this is just not possible.
Parameters in projeqtor are so numerous (it is one of ots strenghts even if it may seem complex), that their effect cannot be spread on each help page. It would be a much too heavy work to maintain this. It's already hard work to maintain to 360 pages of help to keep iut up to date...
Have a look at help about paremtering to get a good overview of effects of each parameter.
