How are created the entries where the mails on the different events are managed?
In my base, 3 status have been defined and are active for the item "question" ; but 12 status appear for question ffrom the view "mails on events".
Which option is correct:
- an entry is created for initial status of the elements and if the workflow and the status change, it does not impact the entries for mails on events?
- entries for mail on events are liked with active stuts of the elements?
- none/other mecanism.

There is no direct link between "workflow" and "mails on events".
You can define some "mails on events" for status that will never be reached due to workflow controls...
As workflow is defined for a type, this can be true for a given type but not for another...
