In the item buttons, you have "send email".
Then select to send to "project team".

Sorry, I miss that button. I only get Emails sent, listing all the emails already sent by the system

Hi andresch,
if you select the button with the envelope, then you get a list where you can select receivers. Here you can choose the project team. The button I talk about is in every item, like Tickets, Actions, Activities.
