First you must have the right to do it (defined in Specific Access Rights) and then, move your cusor over the Creation icon (beside Ticket Title) you'll see an edit icon. Just click to edit...

Are you sure you ran sql command on same database as the one you tested ?
For instance, on the document you attached with print screens there are 9 profiles, with some new ones (you created yourself).
In the dump, it seems that there is only 7 profiles, all defaut ones...
Or no change was ever saved...

Could you check for errors in log file and n browser console when you save this screen ?

Yes, Projeqtor schema is the default one in MySqlWorkbench.
There's no errors neither in Chrome Console, php.log nor projeqtor daily log file.
