Ticket appears on Timesheet only where real work already exists for the ticket on the period.
So you first have to enter real work on the ticket.

NB : showing all ticvets on timesheet is not a good solution as it will quickly bring performance issue (too many lones to display)

I have correctly filled in the real work but the tickets still do not appear.

If you enter real work on the filed "real work" of the ticket you'll see work in your timesheet for current day.
If you use Dispatch work to enter work for another resource on another day, you'll see work on timesheet of this resource, on selected day.

Fill the real work on the ticket screen. If you enter it in the real field, the time will be charged for you (user who enters) and on the current date.

Otherwise, click on dispatch and assign the real work to another on the desired date

I entered 1 day of work for Analyst A today, I can clearly see the work on the allocation sheet for this resource
