hello,
i have a project with 10 users .
3 users "team members"
7 users "external team members"
is it possible see only "team members" in responsible combo box ?
in fact, i have a specific project to manage tickets. And all my users can create a ticket, but only 3 can be responsible .

Hello ,
If you don't want see your user "external team members " in combo box "responsible" , you just need to create your "external team member" in "User" or "Contact" and not in "Resource".
In comboBox "responsible" you see just the Resource.

i understand, but "external team member" have this profil only on kind of project. They can also resource on other project.
