I am encountering an issue on ProjeQtOr: when I try to manually enter real-time on a ticket, I am faced with a blocking control that I cannot resolve. Could you help me identify the cause of the problem?
Here is the error message I receive:
"Invalid controls: entry exceeds the limit of 0 hours per day."

Do you have errors in the logs? in the browser console?
What are the settings of the resource working on this ticket? ETP? restriction on the work of the day or week?
You must have restricted the time entry for this resource, now you need to know where?!

You can find out more by reading the manual. Try to see if your resource is correctly configured.
So I assume there are no errors in the logs? no errors in the console?
Are you using MySQL or Postgres?
