Hello,
When I want to export all my tickets in CSV format, I have some issues.
Some bad characters appears and it is not possible to use this file.
I tried to export in PDF but it is impossible. I have an error message.
Can you help me to export all my tickets in a correct format?

By default, CSV are exported in Windows format (to allow opening with Excel)
If you need pure UTF-8 format, change the corresponding option in global parameters
