I'm facing an issue while trying to change any project value. I guess the reason is noticed by the message "Need replan" as you can see on the attached picture.
May you please kindly suggest me how to solve this?

You just cannot change fields that are designed as "readonly" ... because they are calculated.
You must change the values of data that will calculate these fields.
The "need replan" just points out that you changed some data (assigned work, left work, ...) that may have impact on the planning of the project, so you need to recalculate the planning.

However I'm not sure I have understood: are you saying I cannot change the name of a Project?
No, you can if you have rights.
If you are admin, you can update any project.
If you are project leader, you can update projects you are allocated to.
Your project has no allocated resource, so possibly issue is there.

In first I apologize for my delay in replying to your answer.
This supposed issue (and other issues I got until a few days ago, all of them apparently related to the 'saving record' action) was simply caused by an antivirus mounted on top of my Apache installation. No more problem after I tuned the Bitdefender antivirus to allow Apache trafic.
