Hello,
i experience issue while importing project expense on V 12.3.2.
I use a fresh install (no screen customization).
I create a test expense and export every fields (see attachement).
Then, i try to import the same and i get an error
"Contrôles invalides.
Vous devez renseigner à la fois la date et le montant réels"
Real amount as no sense at this point...
Is it because VAT is set to 0% ? This is a problem because whe only use TTC price and don't manage VAT.

Cannot reproduce.
Your file is correctly imported on V12.3.3
