I ask me what is the purpose of the possibility in Administration Menu : "Update reference"
Can anyome tell me a little bit more about this functionnality ? In wich case is it usefull ? Is there "risks" to execute it ?

For each ticket for example you have a reference like this :
For this reference, you can change its format in the global parameters.
"Update reference for" is useful in case you change an element of the format to reinitialize the reference.
